There are several things to check, but this could be due to a security task that needs to be updated. This is especially true if a power user is not having the display problem but other users are.
Update the AITDEFAULT security task to include:
• Product – Advanced Intercompany
• Type – Windows
• Series – 3rd Party
Be sure any users utilizing AIT have this task as a part of their assigned Roles/Tasks.
