Security Errors

You may get the error “You don’t have security privileges to open this window. Contact your system administrator for assistance.” even though you have enabled all AIT Security Roles and AIT Security Tasks have been properly configured.

Cause:

This caused by a conflict with another ISV application that is causing an AIT debugging trigger script to fire.  This AIT script is meant only for Power Users or the ‘sa’ SQL user and should not normally be running unless instructed to do so by our staff.

Resolution:

1. (preferred) set mc2Trace=FALSE, mc2LogSQL=FALSE and mc² Log Scripts=FALSE your dex.ini or
2. (recommended only for ‘sa’) add mc2SQL window to the AITDEFAULT Security Task.
3. You may need to add the “mc²” window to the AITDEFAULT Security Task.
