Index 11 Error when running AIT Setup Wizard

You can receive an error when running the AIT Setup Wizard or running check links on some AIT tables: “Unhandled script exception: Index 11 of array ‘IC Account Format String’ is out of range in script ‘mc2_NextFormatIndex’. Script Terminated”.

This error can happen for two different reasons:

1. You have a company in your Dynamics GP system that has no GL Accounts.
2. You have more than 10 different account formats among your various companies.

To resolve this issue:

1.Make sure you have at least one GL Account in every company.
2. Make sure that you have no more than 10 different account formats (Tools/Setup/Company/Account Format) among all of your companies.
